Welcome to NewCourtland LIFE
The NewCourtland LIFE Program serves individuals who are aged 60 or older and certified by the state of Pennsylvania to be in need of nursing home care, yet able to live safely at home. It delivers all needed medical and supportive services, and provides the entire continuum of care and services to seniors with chronic needs, while helping elders maintain their independence in their own homes for as long as possible.
